4 tbsps unsalted butter, room temperature
¼ cup brown sugar (light or dark)
3 tbsps granulated sugar
1 cup almond flour
1 tbsp milk (dairy free is fine)
½ tsp vanilla extract
⅛ tsp salt
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
In a medium bowl, beat together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Then add almond flour, milk, vanilla and salt and mix just until combined.
Stir in chocolate chips. Eat right away or refrigerate until ready to eat! Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for up to two months.
