Ingredients

2 oz Cazadores Blanco Tequila

½ oz crème de violette

½ oz maraschino liqueur

¾ oz lime juice

½ oz simple syrup

1 egg white

Lime wheel or cherry (for garnish)

Directions

Dry Shake: Add tequila, crème de violette, maraschino liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds without ice to create a rich, frothy texture.

Shake Again: Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve: Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass for a smooth, silky consistency.

Garnish: Finish with a lime wheel or a cherry for an elegant touch.
