Broccoli & Quinoa Salad with Parmesan-maple-tahini Dressing!

For the salad:
1 head broccoli, finely chopped
1 cup chopped dates
2 cups cooked quinoa
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped roasted cashews
Directions
add everything to a bowl with dressing and toss to coat
Dressing:
9 tbsp tahini
6 tbsp grates Parmesan
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Juice of 1 1/2 lemons
1/4 cup water (more to@thin if needed)
add everything to a bowl and whisk until smooth
TOP with more parmesan (optional)
