Protein Oats With Yogurt And Fruit

1/2 cup oats
Pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp of honey
160 g of Greek yogurt
.75 scoops of vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup of frozen fruit (blueberries, raspberries, etc)
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp of cornstarch
Directions
Mix the oats and cinnamon together at the bottom of the dish with a bit of water and honey
Mix the yogurt and protein and layer on top
Refrigerate overnight if possible
Mix the fruit, lemon juice, and cornstarch, and microwave for 75 seconds. Then layer on top of dish
