Red Velvet Cake Batter

200g cake flour
200g granulated sugar
179g butter
7g cocoa
3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
180ml buttermilk
2 tsp red food dye
Icing (we used- but you can half)
Butter 170g
Icing sugar 360g
212g block cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch salt
Make sure all ingredients are room temp before mixing including eggs milk and cheese (everything)
Directions
Mix dry together
Mix wet together
Incorporate wet to dry but by bit until smooth each time.
Put in cases and bake for 15 mins 180 fan oven #baking #redvelvet #creamcheesefrosting
