1 Cup Cornmeal
3 teaspoons Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 1/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Oil
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients. Stir well (batter will be lumpy).
Pour into square, stick, or muffin pan.
Bake at 425 for 20 to 25 minutes.
