CREAMY WICKED CHICKEN PASTA

Ingredients

• 2 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins • 2 oz cooked pasta of choice • 1 tsp butter • 1 tsp garlic, ½ tsp italian seasoning • 1 TBS hot sauce • ½ TBS hot honey • 1/4 cup Alfredo sauce • optional TBS greek yogurt or light cream cheese • parmesan, crushed croutons for serving

Directions

Prepare chicken, I like to season with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and italian seasoning, then air fry 400F 5 min, each side (let them rest a couple minutes before shredding or chopping into small pieces)

Prepare pasta of choice according to package directions

In a skillet or saucepot, saute butter with garlic and italian seasoning until fragrant, then add in hot sauce and honey, saute until combined. Turn down heat and stir in alfredo sauce and greek yogurt until smooth. Mix with your noodles

Serve sliced chicken on top of pasta with an optiona drizzle of hot honey and parmesan

I like to eat this with a big italian side salad or other green veggie!
