Easy Chicken and Halloumi Gyros

Ingredients

25g light halloumi

120g of chicken breast

handful of shredded lettuce, tomatoes and 1/2 an onion

1 tortilla wrap or you can use a flatbread. I just prefer tortilla wraps

Nando’s sauce

Nando’s mayo

Directions

slice the chicken and add Nando’s sauce. Cook on a low heat (so it doesn’t go dry) on the hob for about12-15 mins

Slice the salad ingredients into small pieces

Fry the halloumi for a couple of mins

Add peri peri mayo to the tortilla then the salad, chicken and halloumi

Top with more mayo and parsley

Wrap it up and enjoy
