Garlic Shrimp Coconut Milk Curry

1️⃣ Season 1 lb shrimp with turmeric, salt, pepper & oil.
Directions
Sear shrimp, remove. Add garlic, ginger & sliced chile.
Stir in 1 can coconut milk + 1 Tbsp soy & 1 Tbsp fish sauce.
Simmer, then wilt in 3 cups spinach.
Return shrimp, finish with lime, scallions & cilantro.
