Cookie Dough Chocolate Bars

COOKIE DOUGH”
3/4 cup almond butter (can also use peanut butter — not kosher for Passover)
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted and cooled)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup almond flour. (Add more as needed to get a cookie dough like texture)
Mini chocolate chips— as much as you like!
Pinch of salt
CHOCOLATE layer:
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 tspn coconut oil
Flaky sea salt
Directions
Mix together almond butter, maple syrup, oil, and vanilla.
Then add pinch of salt and almond flour. Fold in chocolate chips.
Spread out on baking sheet.
Melt chocolate with coconut oil and pour over cookie dough.
Freeze for at least 30 minutes, chop, and enjoy
