Crispy Chicken With Caesar Salad

150g raw chicken
20g breadcrumbs
10g flour
1 egg but you won’t use all of that
1 tsp paprika
Lettuce
1 tbsp low fat caesar dressing
200g potato
Hot sauce: 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tsp honey
Directions
Flatten a chicken breast then add paprika, salt and pepper to the breadcrumbs.
Coat the chicken in flour, egg then the breadcrumbs.
Cut potatoes into chips then air fry both the potatoes and chicken for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C.
Meanwhile make the sauce by mixing together the sweet chilli, ketchup and honey
Coat the lettuce in the caesar dressing
Finally take the chicken out and coat in the sauce for the last 5 minutes then serve together
