Ingredients

1 apple

3/4 cup oats (reduce or use more depending on your own serving size)

3/4 cup milk

3/4 cup water

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds

Pinch of sea salt

To serve:

Toppings of choice

Optional: Maple syrup if you rly don't think the apple did a good enough job 😂

Directions

Grate your apple. You don't have to peel it, that's just personal preference.

Add it into a saucepan with the remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat until thicken to your desired consistency.

Transfer into a bowl and add on your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
