Hot Honey Tomato Burrata Dip

For the Roasted Tomatoes
2 cups cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
For the Hot Honey
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
For the Dip Base
2 balls burrata cheese
For Serving
1 baguette or crusty bread (sliced)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh basil (for garnish)
Directions
Roast the Tomatoes
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and oregano. Spread on a baking tray and roast for 20–25 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized.
Prepare the Hot Honey
In a small saucepan, gently warm honey with chili flakes for 1–2 minutes. Remove from heat and let infuse.
Toast the Bread
Brush bread slices with olive oil and toast in the oven or a skillet until golden and crispy.
Assemble the Dip
Spread burrata onto a serving plate. Spoon the warm roasted tomatoes over the top.
Finish and Serve
Drizzle hot honey over everything and garnish with fresh basil. Serve immediately with toasted bread for dipping.
