High Protein Cookie Dough

1/2 cup oats
1 serving @promix vanilla whey protein (code CLAIRE for discount!)
1 tbsp sweetener of choice, I used monk fruit
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup milk of choice
1 tbsp choc chips
How to:
Blend the oats into oat flour
Directions
Add to a bowl with protein powder, sweetener, baking soda and salt
Mix then add a splash of milk at a time until you get a cookie dough consistency, you may need 1/4 to 1/3 cup of milk
Stir in choc chips and enjoy! You can also keep this in the fridge for up to 5 days.
