1 lb chicken breast
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp each of paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning
2 TBSP minced garlic
Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic
Sauce (just enough to cover chicken)
15 oz jar of Alfredo Sauce
1 large handful fresh spinach
17.6 oz package of shelf stable gnocchi
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Shredded parmesan cheese for topping
Directions
-Spray a crockpot with cooking spray.
-Add the chicken to the crockpot and season with pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
Add minced garlic.
-Add some garlic Parmesan sauce. I use just enough of the sauce to cover the chicken. You can always add more sauce if needed once everything is cooked.
-Add the jar of Alfredo sauce and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
-Cube or shred the chicken and add it back to the crockpot.
-Add the gnocchi, spinach, and mozzarella cheese. Stir well.
-Cook on low for 30-40 minutes or until gnocchi is tender.
