Fudge

Ingredients

2 cups sugar

1 cup cream

1/3 cup dark syrup

2 T. butter

3 T. cocoa

3 T. boiling water

Pinch of salt

1 tsp. vanilla

1 cup chopped nuts

Directions

Boil all except butter, vanilla and nuts until it forms a firm ball in cold water. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla and cool for 20 minutes. Beat until creamy, add nuts and pour into a buttered pan.
