Ingredients

2 cups quick oats

1 cup mini chocolate chips

1/3 cup shredded coconut

1 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Mix dry ingredients, then mix in wet ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before forming into balls. Store in airtight container. (No need to refrigerate.)
