1 tablespoon butter (or coconut oil for dairy-free)

1/3 cup almond flour

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Pinch of salt

Directions

Step 1: Prepare the Mug

Grease a microwave-safe mug or ramekin with butter or cooking spray. You can also melt the butter directly in the mug.

Step 2: Mix the Ingredients

Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt to the mug. Mix thoroughly with a fork until the batter is smooth and lump-free.

Step 3: Microwave

Microwave on high for 90 seconds. The bread will puff up and set like a small sponge cake.

Step 4: Cool and Slice

Let the bread cool for a minute, then remove from the mug. Slice it horizontally into two pieces for sandwich-style use, or enjoy as is.
