Sheet Pan High Protein Breakfast Sandwiches

Ingredients

9 eggs

1c cottage cheese

1 red pepper

chives

12 turkey slices

6 slices of cheese

6 bagels

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 350 F

2.Add eggs to bowl and whisk

3.Mix in cottage cheese, sliced pepper, chives and salt

4.Add egg mixture to a sheet pan and bake for 15 mins

5.Build your bagels, spray with olive oil or avocado oil and bake for another 5-8 mins until cheese is melted

6.Eat right away or wrap in aluminum or parchment and store in fridge or freezer. Reheat when ready to eat!
