Crockpot Loaded Steak and Potato Bake

Ingredients

2 lbs Beef, steak

1 tsp Garlic powder

1/2 cup Green onions

1 tsp Onion powder

4 Potatoes, medium

1 cup Beef broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 Salt and pepper

1 cup Cheddar cheese

1 cup Sour cream

Directions

Prepare the ingredients by cutting the beef steak into 1-inch cubes and dicing the potatoes.

Layer the ingredients in the crockpot, starting with the beef cubes, followed by the potatoes, broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Set the cooking time and temperature, opting for low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Once cooked, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and sour cream, then garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
