Sesame Udon Noodles

- 100g Mince Chicken (any mince, sausage meat or crumbled tofu) 
- 1 Tsp Sichuan Powder (or 5 spice) 
- 1 Packet Udon 
Sauce:
- 2 Tsp Hoisin Sauce 
- 1 Tbsp Black Vinegar (or balsamic vinegar) 
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce 
- 2 Tbsp Sesame Paste (tahini) 
- 1 Tbsp Chilli Oil 
- 2 Cloves Garlic, grated 
- Spring onions and sesame seeds on top (optional) 
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients for the sauce in a jug and add enough water to make it to 200ml. 
- In a hot pan add in the chicken mince and Sichuan powder, cook for 5 mins or until crispy. 
- Add in the sauce and the udon, cover with a lid and allow to cook for 3 mins. Once the noodles are softened toss them in the sauce. 
- Serve with spring onions and sesame seeds and enjoy xx
