Josh simple chicken soup

500g chicken thigh
3 cups chicken stock
4 sprigs rosemary
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbps salt (or soy sauce)
2 tbps black pepper
(whatever vegetables)
neutral oil
Directions
1. Add oil to pressure cooker and set to saute mode to preheat.
2. Add chicken thigh once preheated and cook so browns (doesn't need to be fully cooked).
3. Add minced garlic and cook for a further minute.
4. Add chicken stock, rosemary, salt/soy sauce and pepper. If using potatoes/carrots, add these too.
5. Pressure cook on high for 20 minutes. Natural release for 15 minutes.
6. Add remaining vegetables to broth and saute until veggies have been cooked.
