Peanut Chilli Crisp Noodles

Ingredients

2 tbsp Marion’s Kitchen Crispy Chilli Oil

1 tbsp peanut butter, smooth (but chunky is fine too)

1 tbsp mirin

1 tbsp soy sauce

2 tsp black vinegar

1 tbsp water

1 spring onions, finely chopped to serve

Coriander, chopped to serve

2 packs udon

2 soft-boiled eggs, to serve

Directions

Cook the udon noodles according to the packet instructions.

In a mixing bowl, combine the Crispy Chilli Oil, peanut butter, mirin, soy sauce, black vinegar, and water. Stir until the sauce is smooth and well combined.

Top with soft-boiled eggs, spring onion, and coriander. #easyrecipe #noodles
