Slow Cooker Steak Pie

Ingredients (serves 4) 👨🍳:
1kg diced beef
1 onion diced
2 carrots diced
1 tbsp dried mixed herbs
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp garlic granules
500ml beef stock
1 tablespoon beef gravy granules
Puff pastry sheet (reduced fat) from Tesco
1 egg
Directions
Lash your beef, vegetables, seasoning and stock to your slow cooker and leave on low for 7-8 hours
Add some gravy granules at the end if you want to thicken it up.
Then use the lid from your slow cooker to cut out your puff pastry lid and place this on top then brush with a beaten egg
Bake at 200 degrees in the oven for around 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
