Spaghetti Cheese Bake - Debbie Dieker

Ingredients

1/2lbs hamburger

60z spaghetti

1/4tsp salt

4oz velveeta cheese

15oz spaghetti sauce

1/3c water

1/4c chopped onion

2tbsp butter

3/4c Evaporated milk

2tbsp grated Parmasean cheese

4tsp flour

Directions

Brown hamburger and onion. Drain fat. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 10mins. Brake spaghetti into 1/3rds. Cook accordingly. Rinse and drain. Add spaghetti to meat sauce. Melt butter in small pan, stir in flour and salt. Slowly add Evaporated milk and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly till thickened. Add 1/2 the velveeta and Parmasean cheese. Stir until melted. 10x6x2 dish, spread 1/2 of spaghetti mixture to bottom. Spoon all of the cheese sauce over the spaghetti. Top with remaining spaghetti mixture, and top with remaining velveeta cheese and Parmasean cheese. Bake at 350°F for 15-20mins.
