Kio’s “Girl Dinner” Rice Goop

Ingredients

leftover rice (however much you have)

shredded mozzarella (however much you want to put)

sour cream or Greek yogurt (to taste)

hoisin sauce (to taste)

Chives, chopped (optional)

Directions

Place rice and shredded mozzarella in a microwave-safe bowl.

Microwave for 30 seconds, stir, then microwave another 30 seconds until cheese is melted.

Stir in sour cream until creamy.

Drizzle hoisin sauce over top (or mix in fully).

Garnish with chives if using. Serve immediately.

Notes

You could add soy sauce or sesame oil too if you’re feeling fancy

You could also add sesame seeds

And maybe even you could add Sriracha 👀
