Old Fashioned Goulash




total time


2 lbs 10% Ground Beef

9 cloves Minced Garlic

1 large Yellow Onion Diced

2 cups Water

1 cup Beef Stock

1/3 cup Olive Oil

2 cans Tomato Sauce (15oz each)

2 cans Diced Tomatoes (15oz Each)

1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning

1 tablespoon Adobo Seasoning

1 tablespoon Seasoned Salt

1/2 tablespoon Black Pepper

2 cups Elbow Macaroni, uncooked

1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/2 cup Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

3 Bay leaves


1. In a large pan,sauté your ground meat over medium heat until half cooked.

2. Add garlic, onions, and olive oil, cook until meat is fully cooked.

3. Add water, beef stock, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, bay leaves, salt, pepper and adobo seasoning, mix well.

4. Lower heat and cover - cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Add uncooked elbow macaroni to pan, stir until combined

6. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes stirring occasionally.

7. Remove bay leaves.

8. Add cheddar cheese mix until combined .

9. Right before serving add mozzarella cheese to pan and mix well.

10. Serve and enjoy
