Sticky Finger Salad

Ingredients

Chicken tenders (bare chicken from Costco is 10/10)

Colby jack cheese

Romaine lettuce

Sauce ingredients:

1 ½ C Brown sugar

1/3 C Frank's Hot Sauce

1Tbsp water

Directions

Mix ingredients all together in a sauce pan and bring to a boil then remove from stove top

Dump the chicken into sauce and mix until chicken is smothered
