Add Some Chili Crisp and a Fried Egg, and It’s the Best Lazy

Ingredients

1 lb ground meat (I used 90% fat ground beef)

1 lb coleslaw mix (any veggies will do but coleslaw mix and adding some mushrooms is our favorite)

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp toasted sesame oil

2 tbsp sweetener (I used agave nectar)

1 tsp minced ginger

2 tsp minced garlic

Green onion for garnish (optional)

Cucumber for garnish (optional)

Toasted Sesame Seeds for garnish (optional)

Directions

Mix soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sweetener, garlic, and ginger together to make a marinade.

In a wide pan, brown meat until pink on the edges.

Add in veggies and marinade.

Cover with lid, and cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat.

Serve with rice, garnish, and enjoy!
