Ingredients

1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding (or cheesecake flavor)

20 ounces crushed pineapple (not drained)

8 ounces whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

2 cups mini marshmallows

1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

½ cup chopped walnuts, pecans, almonds, or pretzels

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla (or cheesecake) pudding mix with the crushed pineapple, including the juice. Stir well until fully combined.

Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping, ensuring everything is evenly mixed.

Add the mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts (or pretzels). Stir until well distributed.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the mixture to set.
