Ingredients

50g Coconut Rice

50g Cauliflower Rice

Teriyaki Sauce

Chicken Tenderloins

2 Pineapple Slices

TOPPING:

1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce

2 tsp Soy Sauce

Splash Pineapple Juice

Drizzle Honey

1/4 tsp garlic

1/4 tsp ginger

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

Glaze chicken tenderloins with teriyaki sauce. Air fry at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, flip and air fry another 5 minutes. Place cooked rice in a bowl, top with chopped air fried chicken, and air fried pineapple pieces. Mix topping ingredients together in small bowl and drizzle chicken and rice with topping sauce.
