3/4 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar

How to make them:
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375F.
Scoop your cottage cheese on a parchment lined baking sheet in 1 tbsp circles.
Top with the cheddar, ranch seasoning and bake for 35-45 mins. Take them out, let cool & enjoy!
Pro tip: For extra crunch and a way to ensure this recipe doesn’t go wrong like a lot of people said last time I made cottage cheese chips.. Try blending the cottage cheese with 1/4 cup grated Parmesan and topping that with the cheddar and ranch seasoning 👍
