3 eggs
2 chicken fillets
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Oil for frying
Directions
Start by cutting the chicken fillets into long, even strips. Mince the garlic and rub it into the chicken, then set aside to absorb the flavor.
In one shallow dish, beat the eggs until smooth. In another, combine flour with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. In a third dish, pour the breadcrumbs or crushed cornflakes.
Dredge each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a deep skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, fry the chicken strips in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3 to 4 minutes per side. Remove and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce. These crispy chicken strips are a hit every time — simple, flavorful, and always satisfying.
Enjoy!
