Here’s an easy single-serve baked pancake bowl you can customise!

Approx Calories:338 / Carbs: 32g / Protein: 31g / Fat: 8.5g

Note: macros will slightly change depending on milk, protein powder, maple syrup & volume of fruit

Per bowl:

1 egg

50g plain or vanilla yogurt

70ml milk (I use almond, any works)

35g all purpose flour

25g vanilla protein powder

1 tsp honey or sugar free maple (adjust for sweetness)

1/2 tsp baking powder

Top with your favourite fruits and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180C (350F).

Optional: drizzle extra honey or maple syrup before serving.
