Ingredients

2 cups (250g) all purpose flour

2 cups (452g) non fat greek yogurt*

2 tsp baking powder

pinch (or two) of salt

everything bagel seasoning

1 egg (for wash)

not all are the same! love @FAGE bc of it’s consistency!

Directions

mix yogurt, flour, baking soda, and salt

knead and divide dough (use oil on your hands to keep the dough from sticking)

egg wash and season your bagels

bake 400 for 15 minutes and 350 for 15 minutes (flipping at half)
