Pressure Cooker Spareribs And Sauerkraut
1 lb. spareribs
1 can sauerkraut
1 onion cut in quarters
1/4 c. water
Brown spareribs under broiler. Place trivet in pressure cooker. Pour in water and add sauerkraut, onions and spareribs. Cook at high pressure for 1 hour. Serve with your choice of potato, etc.
Onions sweeten up sauerkraut, giving dish a delightful flavor.
