Garlic Butter Crab Rolls

Ingredients

1 pound of king and snow crab legs

4 brioche buns

For Garlic Butter:

1/2 cup butter

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tablespoon of minced garlic

1/4 teaspoon of @oldbay_seasoning

2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped

1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped

2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Directions

Add 1 stick of butter to a hot skillet. Once melted, add seasoning to the butter and minced garlic. Add the crab and toss it very gently in the butter. Heat it for a few minutes, just until the crab is hot and steaming.

Toast your buns and add the garlic butter crab meat to the buns.
