Ingredients

400g planted.chicken Jerusalem Style

2 large onions

2 red peppers

Olive oil

Lemon juice

Salt

Tahina dip:

50 g tbsp. Tahina (e.g. NENI Tahina)

4 tablespoons water

1 tables poons lemon juice

Pinch of salt

Hummus:

1 jar of chickpeas

30g Tahini

4 EL Lemon juice

2 garlic

Salt ans pepper

6 EL ice water

Some olive oil

Some parsley

Some ras el hanout

Directions

Prepare tahina dip: Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a hand blender or by hand.

Cut onions and peppers into strips. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Sauté onions and peppers until hot, then add planted.chicken and continue to sauté for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and lemon juice if necessary.

Serving: Place hummus on a plate, form a well with a spoon. planted.chicken and roasted vegetables in the well, sprinkle tahina dip and some parsley to taste.
