2 LARGE EGGS
¼ CUP ALMOND FLOUR
½ TSP BAKING POWDER
1 TBSP HONEY OR MAPLE SYRUP
¼ TSP SALT
Directions
1. IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE THE COTTAGE CHEESE AND EGGS UNTIL WELL BLENDED
2. STIR IN ALMOND FLOUR, BAKING POWDER AND SALT. MIX UNTIL BATTER IS SMOOTH.
3. ADD THE HONEY OR MAPLE SYRUP TO THE BATTER AND MIX WELL
4. SPRAY SKILLET WITH COOKING SPRAY AND COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT.
