Cream Poached Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 Leak

  • 2 Green Onions

  • 1.5 cups Spinach

  • 1 cup Cream

  • 1/4 cup White Wine

  • 1/3 cup Stock/Broth

  • 2 Salmon Fillets (6 oz)

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Into a cold pan add the leak, green onions, and spinach.

  2. Lay the Salmon on top and season generously with salt and pepper.

  3. Add the cream, white wine, and stock

  4. Cook covered over high heat until it comes to a boil. Then reduce heat to low and simmer until Salmon is cooked through.

  5. Remove Salmon and increase heat to reduce the sauce to desired consistency.
