Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

3 cups of macaroni noodles

1 can of tuna

1 small carrot (or 1/2 large), shredded on cheese grater

Mayo

Mustard (typically yellow)

Green onion or chives, cut with scissors

Pepper, to taste

Salt, to taste (if needed)

Directions

1. Boil macaroni noodles in salted pot of water.

2. Let noodles cool to room temperature if possible.

3. Add cooked noodles to bowl with tuna and shredded carrot.

4. Add enough mayo to make the mixture creamy.

5. Add pepper and green onions/chives. Add mustard a few times around the bowl. Mix, then add more to taste.

6. Continue adding ingredients to taste.
