Creamy Herb Yogurt Sauce for Fish

Ingredients

1 pickled cucumber

100 g Greek yogurt

1 tbsp mayonnaise

4–5 sprigs fresh dill & parsley

1 garlic clove

Salt to taste

Directions

Finely chop the pickled cucumber, dill, parsley, and garlic.

In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and chopped ingredients.

Season with salt to taste and stir until creamy and well combined.

Chill for 10 minutes before serving for best flavor.
