Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso Latte Recipe

Ingredients

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp water

shake of cinnamon

splash of vanilla extract

1-2 shots of espresso

mason jar full of ice

oat milk

Directions

In a mason jar, add brown sugar, water, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Give it a swirl to mix then microwave for 30 seconds.

Brew espresso (or strong coffee) right into the mason jar with the brown sugar syrup.

Slowly add ice to the mason jar to prevent the glass from shocking. Swirl the jar when adding the ice. When the bottom of the jar isn’t hot anymore (warm is okay) put the lid on and shake for 30-60 seconds.

Top with oat milk. Add more ice if needed. Enjoy!
