- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 to 2 LBS sliced beef (thin cut beef chuck)
- Bolillo
- Mayo
- Cheese
- Beans

Directions
1. Add oil to a pan. Add onions. Saute until translucent.
2. Add beef. Add 2 tsp of salt and ground black pepper. Let it brown and stir occasionally.
3. Once the meat is brown, add garlic. Continue browning until meet is further done.
4. On bolillo, slice open, spread mayo and toast.
5. Add cheese. Close the bread and let melt.
6. Add beans, meat, and other toppings
