(Optional items, turmeric, raisins, walnuts, pistachios) dipped in cilantro chutney or yoghurt dipping sauce from smashed beef kebab
Directions
Grate onion with a cheese grater. Combine with lamb or beef and cook. Add spices if desired while mixing in a bowl. Finish with cilantro, mint, green onions, etc depending on flavor profile
