Bagel

3 eggs

Sliced cheese

Spinach

Avocado

Bacon

Directions

  1. Mix eggs in a small bowl with salt & pepper to taste

  2. Add bagels face down in frying pan

  3. Pour egg mixture into frying pan around bagels

  4. Once ready, tip the frying pan upside down onto a plate

  5. Add toppings

  6. Fold in on itself to finish the bagel
