Dumpling Dump & Bake

Ingredients

1 can coconut milk

2 tbsp red curry paste

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp rice vinegar

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tsp minced garlic

1 teaspoon ginger

1-2 ramen bricks uncooked

1 pack of frozen dumplings

2 bunches of bok choy or broccoli

Directions

Mix all liquid ingredients together in a glass baking pan

Add broccoli, dumplings and ramen bricks

Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Flip ramen bricks halfway through

Top with sesame seeds, green onions or chili oil
