Buffalo Chicken Bites

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (, cut into bite-size chunks)
2 tbsp butter (melted and cooled)
1 tbsp hot sauce (or more to taste)
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper (or more to taste)
celery sticks and Blue cheese dressing for serving
Directions
Place the chicken cubes in a medium bowl. Drizzle with the butter and hot sauce. Toss to coat.
Sprinkle the spices over the chicken, tossing to coat. Allow the flavors to blend for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Transfer the chicken to the lined baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with dip and celery.
