Ingredients

10 lbs. ground pork

5 lbs. ground beef

4 T. Morton's Smoke Salt

5 T. salt

2 T. pepper

1 T. Garlic water

Directions

Combine and put in casings then smoke.

Notes

This is approximately right. I got this from my step brother, Otto Wall. He used to make it. My folks made lots of this every year. There never was a recipe written out for it, but Otto had it very close. I am giving you this recipe so it won't ever get lost. It is really good.
