Spicy Tuna Casserole. ( Mom )

Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter

3 tablespoons flour

1-1/2 cups milk

2 teaspoons Chili Powder

3 tablespoons light cream

1 cup (4 ounces) grated cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons Parsley Flakes

2 tablespoons Minced Onion

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 can tuna, drained

4 cups cooked noodles (about 4 ounces dry)

Directions

PRHEAT: Bake to 350 and bake for 30 minutes

1. Melt butter or margarine in medium saucepan and stir flour in thoroughly. Slowly stir in milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens and reaches a boil.

2. Remove white sauce from heat and add chili powder; mixed with cream.

3. Stir in cheese, parsley, onion, salt, pepper, and tuna.

4. Add noodles. Transfer to 1 1/2 quart greased baking dish.
